Can you actually start an online business and have more time for your kids?

That's the question I'm asking myself right now.

Everywhere I read, people are advertising online jobs, work at home jobs, so you can have more time with your family.

But when I tried to find out what is it like to earn online, and tried joining some programs, spent some time surfing the net to learn more about internet marketing, I find it took away more and more of my time which I should be spending with my family.

For example, I have been spending so much time trying to improve my other blog, and learning how to actually earn from blogs.

I have been spending a lot of time surfing the net, reading people's blogs, trying to find out what is it actually that I'm missing out.

Why do I read a lot of stories about people earning thousands of dollars online so easily, while I'm still struggling to find out what is it that they are actually doing which made them that much money.

Or maybe this will only be temporary? At least I hope so...

And when I start earning steadily from this internet business, I will have all the extra time I have always dreamed about.

Will that ever come true?

Toys, toys and more toys...

I feel like I have been spending lots and lots amount of money on toys! Do kids ever get enough?

I am not even sure if I buy the toys because my children want them or because I myself like them... etiher because they are "cute" or because I think they will benefit my children educationally.

Can toys really be an educational tool? Do children actually learn something from their toys? Sometimes I think even proper educational tools are just toys to them...

Books, pens, papers, everything you buy to teach them something, they use it as something else.

Almost everything in the house can be their toys...

I just hope they actually learn something from all the playing they do!

In fact, if playing can be educational, if children learn something everytime they play, they should already get a Phd by the time they are 10! Don't you think?

No... don't get me wrong, I DO believe they learn something from all the playing... Why else would I keep on buying all the toys for them if I don't...

Kids do grow very fast...

I started this blog to hopefully record some of the important milestones, experiences, memories, which my kids and I come across in our life.

I had my first child at the age of 21, and 8 years later I had my fourth child.

It felt like I just had my first child yesterday, and today he is all grown up, even helping me care for his younger brother and sisters.

How time flies!

If I don't write down some of my experiences now, I will never know when suddenly I wake up one day and he has grown a moustache. :)
